On the 17th October 2019, AUTO CAVE sponsored Octane Magazine’s Historic Motoring Awards. Now in it’s 9th year, the annual event celebrates the best and most exciting achievements in the motoring industry. A key event in the automobile calendar, this distinguished gala night celebrates a broad selection of categories, selected by the experts at Octane and an international panel of judges.
Held at the Rosewood Hotel, and hosted by Steve Rider, The Historic Motoring Awards brings together people of all communities and backgrounds, from all over the world via a shared love and passion for classic cars. With a stellar line up of judges including Jay Leno, George Bamford, Simon Kidston, Robert Coucher and Bruce Meyer, the 19 category awards ranged from Car Club of the Year and Restoration of the Year, to Car of the Year and the Lifetime Achievement Award.
AUTO CAVE sponsored the highly regarded ‘Concours of the Year’ category, of which was won by the iconic Pebble Beach Concours d’elegance.
